Information, enquiries and workshop terms
This page explains who operates AVEprep, how enquiries are handled and the terms intended for the founding workshop. The website currently provides information and accepts enquiries. Bookings, payments and learner accounts are not open.
Who operates AVEprep
AVEprep is operated by Abtulus Scientific Pty Ltd, ABN 17 695 262 581. Service location: BloomLab, 2 Park Rd., Crawley, WA 6009, Australia.
AVEprep operates in Western Australia, Australia. Nothing in these policies excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The address above is the service location supplied by the owner. The founding workshop is delivered live online; this address is not advertised as its classroom venue.
Independent educational scope
AVEprep supports study, clinical reasoning and professional communication. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by AVBC. It does not make eligibility or registration decisions, certify clinical competence or case logs, replace appropriate supervision, or guarantee examination results.
Materials are not instructions for treating an individual animal. Do not share patient, client, employer-confidential or examination-confidential information. Official AVBC guidance remains the source for examination requirements.
Enquiry handling
For enquiries, email info (at) aveprep (dot) com. AVEprep administration staff handle routine enquiries. Please send only the information needed to explain your enquiry; do not include passwords, payment-card details or identifiable clinical records.
Our target is to respond to routine enquiries within one hour. This is a response target, not an emergency or clinical-advice service.
Our retention period for ordinary enquiry correspondence is one year. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to promotional messages. We send promotional messages only if you separately agree. You can withdraw that agreement using the unsubscribe instructions in a promotional message or by emailing info (at) aveprep (dot) com.
An enquiry is not a booking, reserved place or payment obligation. The one-year enquiry policy is not a blanket deletion rule for booking, payment, complaint or consent records. Contact us if you have a question about a particular record or want to request its deletion. Requests are reviewed by Dr Siavash Noor; this website does not promise automatic deletion.
Privacy and website data
When you email AVEprep, we receive your email address, message and any name, contact details or attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and manage the service you request. Provide only information relevant to that purpose. For a request to access, correct or delete your personal information, or a privacy complaint, email info (at) aveprep (dot) com for review by Dr Siavash Noor. Promotional use requires your separate agreement.
Hostinger provides our website and email hosting. Information processed through these services may be stored or handled outside Australia by Hostinger and its service providers. Hosting services process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts: your browser contacts Google for these fonts, providing your IP address (the network address used to deliver internet content). Login and website functions may use cookies (small records stored by your browser); you can manage cookies through your browser settings. Please contact us about the handling of your information. Materials, recordings and participation
Materials and participation: handouts and slides are for the participant’s personal study. Do not resell, publish or distribute them without permission, except where the law permits use. Participate respectfully and do not share identifiable client, animal-owner, colleague or confidential examination information. Do not record or distribute another participant’s voice, image or contribution without permission. Please contact AVEprep before booking about any access requirements so that suitable arrangements can be discussed.
The founding workshop will not be recorded by AVEprep. Teaching handouts and presentation slides will be provided to participants.
No recording access or attendance credential is offered at this stage.
Complaints, cancellations and refunds
Dr Siavash Noor, the owner and sole instructor, personally handles AVEprep complaints. Email info (at) aveprep (dot) com with the workshop name if relevant, dates, what happened and the outcome you are seeking. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. Dr Noor will review the information and respond, explaining any further information needed. This process does not prevent you seeking independent advice or using external complaint options available to you.
Workshop cancellation terms: for a change of mind, cancel by email at least seven calendar days before the workshop starts for a full refund. With less than seven days’ notice, one free transfer to another eligible participant is available before the session begins; if the place is resold, a full refund is available. Otherwise, a change-of-mind refund is not promised, but illness, emergencies and exceptional circumstances will be considered individually. If AVEprep cancels, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a replacement date. If AVEprep changes the advertised date or start time and it no longer suits you, you may choose a full refund before attending the replacement session. A problem with service delivery is separate from a change of mind: contact AVEprep so the appropriate remedy can be assessed. These arrangements do not remove any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Bookings and payments remain closed. These terms will be provided with the confirmed service details before any paid booking is accepted.
