What is AVEprep?

AVEprep provides independent educational preparation for overseas-qualified veterinarians working toward the Australasian Veterinary Examination (AVE). Its initial focus is surgery, anaesthesia and clear clinical reasoning. This website currently provides information and accepts enquiries; bookings, payments and learner accounts are not open.

Is AVEprep affiliated with AVBC?

No. AVEprep is not affiliated with or endorsed by AVBC. AVBC remains the authoritative source for eligibility, applications, policies and examination requirements. Start with the official AVE overview.

Does AVEprep guarantee that I will pass?

No. Educational explanation, practice and feedback cannot guarantee eligibility, an examination place, a pass or professional registration.

Are these real or recalled examination questions?

No. AVEprep uses independently developed educational materials. It does not request or reproduce confidential examination content or claim to predict future stations. Please do not send recalled examination questions.

Who is the founding workshop for?

Who can attend: Veterinarians and veterinary students preparing for the AVE practical examination, or seeking to develop surgery and anaesthesia knowledge relevant to Australian practice.

Can I book or pay now?

Bookings and payments are not open. An enquiry does not reserve a place, confirm attendance or create a payment obligation. See the founding workshop for its proposed activities.
